Higher Education Blog advocates a mutually atmosphere where members are not required to pay for placing content and embedded links on other member's blogs.
By joining the site you agree to follow these simple rules:
General Behavior
1. Don't spam other members by sending private messages promoting your sites or services.
2. Don't attack or assault other members in public or privately, Slanderous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening and harassing comments are not tolerated.
3. Honestly disclose your stats and intentions.
4. Report Problems: Tell moderators about problematic posts, rule violations, or anything else you think needs moderator attention by clicking on the report link located on each user profile page. Please do not react to rule violations, just report them.

INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to defend indemnify, and hold harmless Higher Education Blog and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, and expenses of every kind and nature including but not limited to attorney's fees, that may arise from your violations of this agreement or your use of the Higher Education Blog other than as permitted in this agreement.
Higher Education Blog shall have the right to determine the identity of its legal counsel and you shall hire and pay for such counsel and all costs associated with the defense.
Higher Education Blog reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Higher Education Blog in asserting any available defenses.

MEMBER PARTICIPATION:
You represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that the information you provide when registering on this site is true, accurate, current and complete. The personal information you provide to us is governed by our Privacy Policy.

TERMINATION:
Higher Education Blog reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access and license to all or any part of the site and the content at any time, with or without notice.
